At Rarahina Hina Matsuri in LaLaport TOKYO-BAY

Japan Girl’s Day, also known as ‘Hina Matsuri’ is held on 3rd March every year. The highlight of this festival is the ‘Hina dolls’ that Japanese will decorate on leveled-shelves that resembles stairs. It is a once-a-year chance for us foreigners to experience this culture.
